High school foot ball question?

Alright, I play football and we have practice monday through thurs. I play line backer on defense and tackle on offense so my question is: On friday Saturday and sunday what can I do to go faster higher stronger? Meaning I need faster feet, faster reflexes, get my feet up, and learn to tackle efficiently.

  1. hit the weight room, run through tires, run through ladders, work on sprints and different leg excerzices


  2. do your regular stretches like you usually do, high knees, push-ups, lunges, etc.
