High school football question?

Question

ok i play quarterback for my team and we run the spread offense and i can't really run that well and the quarterback a head of me can but he can't throw worth a hoot last year i threw 19 td's and only through 4 picks i got 4 rushing td's will i get the starting job or the first year junior im a senior

That's really going to depend on your coaches decision.  If you have a strong RB, then it definitely should be you.  Your stats are impressive, and you have the experience.  Unfortunately, I don't know the whole situation.  In my senior year we had a new coach who wanted to build a team for the future, so more underclassman got to start over seniors that were more talented.  It cost us a couple of games, but we weren't making the playoffs anyway.  All you can do is play and practice at your best.  As long you do your best, you can show your coach that you deserve the starting job.  Talk to your coach and see what direction he is going in.  If you feel he wants to start the underclassman, ask about playing another position.  Good luck this season.

same here, kid in front of me can run but can't throw, i got cut from QB cuz they said i wasn't fast enough but i can throw really good, now im starting TE for my team, it sucks balls
