High school organization tips please?

Hey y'all. I am looking for some tips on how to stay organized throughout high school. This is my first year.

Heres what I have and I have to work with it:

1 5-subject notebook

3 folders

2 2" binders (they really do fit a lot)

And of course all of the stuff like pencils, pens, ect.

The courses I have are:

Intro to business

English

Spanish

History

Algebra

Fashion Design

My daughter color codes her subjects. So everything for math is blue. When leaving at the end of the day if she has math homework she grabs every thing blue.

Post it notes and high lighters to mark important things in chapters.

3x5 cards. Write down bullet notes to study for tests.

Assignment note book. write down all homework and check due dates.
