High school photography class?

Hi .

I am a 9th grade male . And for one of my electives I chose photography .

I am wondering if this was a bad desicion because , I don't want to get called g*y . Which I am not ! And I don't want people to think this .

So do you think that photography is for g*y guys . Or do straight guys do it to !?

So you think that the thousands of photographers shooting the olympics are all g*y?  How about the newspaper photographers or the ones that shoot of magazines like National Geographic?  All g*y?

No, you don't have to be g*y or straight to be a photographer .. you do have to have passion and dedication to learning how to use a camera and how to compose images though.

My thought is you are too influenced by what others think ... that is an attribute that is NOT found in successful photographers ... they could care less what any one but the photo editor thinks about their work.

i love taking photos and i'll start doing it to make money once i move to florida

and i'm not g*y lol

learn what you need to learn and if ANYONE calls you a qu***, g*y, etc

tell them photographers are needed EVERYWHERE!

press coverage, magazine covers, ad's, stock images, etc

photos are needed in every kind of business

if photographers are g*y our society has g*y peoples work pasted everywhere

Photography is for anyone who has talent. Anyone who can show the world photos and images from a different point of view and perspective. Who gives a **** if your black, white, Asian, Hawaiian, American, g*y, Bisexual. Asexual, German, 3 years old, etc. Anyone can be a photographer!

Sure, you are g*y, when you go down to the beach and take photos of bikini clad girls you can tell them all how g*y you are.

When you plan your career in war correspondence, taking photos from war zones....they will know you are truly g*y.

When you stare down a wild mountain lion holding nothing but a camera, they can suck your balls.

Ummm...........just do it. Don't care what other people say. You are going to be called g*y for just about anything short of actual s*x with a supermodel.

You might be g*y if you haven't noticed the photography classes are full of females and you spend a lot of time in a darkroom with them. Never mind, you belong on the wrestling team hugging sweaty guys.
