High school play suggestions?

my chorus director asked us for suggestions on what the school play should be next year. i was thinking legally blonde, but i live on long island, so we can't do any show thats currently on broadway because of some stupid mileage stuff. any suggestions?

High School Musical, Bye Bye Birdie,Grease or u could make Phantom of the Opera into a play.

"Proof" is a really good drama but has a relatively small cast, and "Noises Off!" is a very good comedy.

Try "Bye Bye Birdie" or "Hairspray", maybe even "The Sound of Music" or if you want drama, "The Diary of Anne Frank."
