Okay so you remember how you were all in the shower back in high school? Now on the team its mostly made up of seniors since they are the pretty much beasts at that point but there's the occasional sophomore, junior or even a freshman. So the thing is seniors well most of them are 18 or older so isn't that technically an adult showering with minors? Isn't that technically illegal?

  1. Contact an attorney.

  2. No, there are not laws against being naked in front of a minor.  There are a lot of public places where it's socially acceptable, and perfectly legal.  Public showers are an example, not just at school, but at community pools, country clubs, and the YMCA.  In men's public restrooms there are urinals without privacy.  There are public nude beaches.

It's illegal to expose yourself with the intent of sexual arousal, sexual gratification, or the intent to intimidate.  The penalties for this crime may be more severe if the victim is a minor.  It's also illegal (in most places) to be naked in public anywhere it's not considered socially acceptable, like the grocery store.

  3. I don't think there are laws against showering with a minor.  I learned to shower with my dad... it's not particularly weird.
