High school vs college (socially)?

what's easier to make friends in. high school or college?

and if you apply for this question. do you keep in touch with high school friends? college friends?

its easier to make friends in college. there are so many different people with different interests and backgrounds you're bound to click with someone. also, in high school, most people already know people from their middle schools so they arent really interested in making new friends but in college no one knows each other and everyones knew so everyone wants to make friends.

they are definitely ways to keep in touch: phone calls, texting, facebook. meeting up on weekends/long breaks
