High scool wrestling?

ok I'm going into junior year and I'm really looking forward to wrestling, I've been doing it for about 1 1/2 years

I'm ok but i need to know some more moves

starting out neutral, the double leg is too simple, so i usually go for an ankle pick, or to kick their legs out (if i"m close enough)

but once i have them on the ground, then i have trouble

they're flat, broken down, the only thing i know to turn them over is a half nelson, i need to know some more ways to flip them over (with description please) and also some ways to keep them down when they are on their back. 10pts for best answer

(oh, and if anyone knows some good moves that people wont expect, please say them)

  1. If you wrestle for your high school, then your coach should have taught you the moves you need to turn someone on their back. I wrestle for my school and we have a great coach that helped us win back to back state championships. But if he hasn't, ask him to show you the chicken wing, and cross-face cradle. Also ask him to teach you how to throw your legs in and use that to help your half nelson. I can't explain how to do the moves, because you can only learn by doing, but if you ask your coach I'm sure he'd be happy to show you.

  2. If you check out this site and the video clips, they show you a lot of cool moves that would help you for  school and beating your opponents.Good luck!
