I have had high temperature (38*) and headache (just when i get up or walk around) for about 2 days now. Yesterday I felt really cold all day long (i went to school in just my jumper) and the day before i got quite wet in the rain...

...my mum doesn't really know what it is because i haven't got a runny nose or bad cough...could it be some kind of infection?

please help :/

  1. Do not listen to stupid answers.People should mature a bit before writing.

You have probably caught a virus or just a cold even if you don´t have a runny nose.It could also be flu.Just take some paracetamol to bring the temperature down a bit.You can take a tablet every 6 hours (depends on your age,ask your mum how much you can take.If your temperature persists another day or doesn´t go down about an hour after taking paracetamol,go and see your doctor.

I´m sure it´s nothing to worry about.

    Hope you get better! :)

  2. Most likely it's just a cold, it could be the first stages of flu. But I would go to a doctor if your conditions get worse.

  3. bugger, just a cold or something probably; get well soon though x

  4. This could be the flu, cold, or any bacterial infection. Contact your doctor because if it is a bacterial infection in your body, you must be treated with antibiotics.

  5. why are you asking this again?

  6. It could be anything from a simple cold to something more significant, if you continue to feel unwell seek medical advice.

  7. It could be just a cold. Some just take longer than others to come out. As you never get the same cold.
