High testosterone kills brain cells?

hey, i read an article on the internet ( http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/52813.php) and read that high levels of testosterone can kill brain cells throught taking durgs such as steroids.. well, my question is, can someone kill their brain cells through naturally elevated levels of testosterone (the optimum anabolics program by jeff anderson helps you elevate your natural testosterone levels naturally, but if it will kill my brain cells - i dont want to brag, but i am said to be very smart - i do not want to go through with this program)

Your body will never produce enough testosterone naturally to kill brain cells. This can only be done thru chemical enhancement... beginning signs are roid rage.
