High voltages have been used by frauds ever since the days of Robert Maxwell, for everything from baldness, and constipation to treatment for epilepsy, none ever worked, the original patent for the telephone that A.G.Bell stole, by bribing a US patent clerk, was done by a man who believed that this would cure his wife's depression, strapping her to the bed and shocking her for hours at a time, before she went mad and died, his telephone was intended to be used for the communication between himself, and his ill wife,  thus avoiding having to listen to her screams while she was being treated !

Trust me on this if it is offered to you, at bargain basement prices as a cure for anything, tell the salesman where to go.......it is utter garbage, every time it comes up, and it regularly does, as people have short memories and are very gullible if they are ill.....any conman will try this on, do not let them con you....
