Highest point in Los Angeles to be able to view the Los Angeles skyline.?

Hello eveyone,

I am having friends from out of town and i would like them to see the Los Angeles skyline. Does anyone know what street I would have drive up too?

  1. There's a great scenic view on Mulholland Drive up from Barham/Highland area(behind the Hollywood bowl).

    There's also an awesome view from Yamashiros restaurant in Hollywood(off Franklin).

    But, if you really want the "highest" point I would say Mt. Wilson....but the skyline would be really far away.


  2. Griffith Observatory. Looks out toward downtown to the east and Pacific ocean to west. Has telescopes.
