First of all, I want to say that that is the most original and unique spelling of "velocity" I have ever encountered.

Second, the .460 and .500 are widley considered the highest powered traditional and commercially availible handgun cartridges, both considerably moreso than the .454 Casull. They do not, however, have the highest velocity.

While the .460 (the faster of the two) is relatively quick at about 2,150 fps, there are several faster handgun cartridges including the 5.7x28mm and .17 HMR. Both of those are very small caliber though, and I don't think you will find anything with close to the size and weight of a .460 that has even close to the same velocity.
