  1. Probably

But I recommend you get it done professionally

But yes, the stripping will take it out

  2. Color stripping won't return them to your natural color. If you really don't like them anymore, one of the best ways to get rid of them is to find a dye that is really close to the color of the rest of your hair, and just cover your entire head. It will be just a tiny bit brighter over the highlighted sections (unless it's a very dark color), but you won't really notice.

  3. Sorry to tell you but no it will not help! Stripping your hair means taking out the pigment "bleaching." Color strips are mainly used for deposited color only. Meaning if your hair was blonde and you colored it brown, you could strip the darker colors out. But unfortunately when you got highlights they used a bleach. If your hair is not damaged you can try using 1 shade darker than the highlighted areas, this will tone down your highlights, or you can go to your stylist and ask for help with color correcting..

  4. You don't want to do color stripping or striping. Get some demipermanent color in your natural color and put it on following directions. It will fade a little bit, but it's cheap and completely non-damaging. If it doesn't take at all, you will need to buy a protein filler to fill the porous bleached parts.
