Highrise Buildings in Chandigarh, Mohali, Punjab India anytime soon?

Like other areas like Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata, buildings are popping up everywhere, will the Punjab region of India see the same trend occur in cities like Mohali and Chandigarh?

if u look highrise buildings start from delhi onward u  dont see buildings too tall in punjab chandigarh haryana etc unless some big company does it no chance if it ever happens in that area chandigarh will be first to get it.
