Highschool GPA?

I just finished 9th grade with a 3.3 GPA, i really want to try very hard in my 10th and 11th grade, is there any hope for me to get a 3.7 GPA?

  1. (3.3 + 4.0 * 2) / 3 = 3.77.  If you take the same number of classes the next two years as you did your first year, and get A's in all of them, you'll have a 3.77 at the end of your junior year.  If you get half A's and half B's, you'll have a (3.3 + 3.5*2)/3 = 3.43 GPA.  So you need to get significantly more A's than B's to reach a 3.7.
