Highschool credits im in 8th grade.?

ok well i dont really fully understand how the high school credits to graduate works. i know from being in some classes you get credits and stuff but how does that work. i jsut graduated 8th garde and i get 90s in ELA and the rest of my classes im like a 70-80 student. i want to know if i can graduate highschool in like 2 years or 3?

you need to meet with yr counselor  because in certain schools you should have signed a form for u to accept those high school credits in the first 2 weeks of class.

most colleges do not want u to graduate with blank time on yr hands - it looks pretty bad use of time on yr transcript.

try and get some AP classes in so that u save money then in college and shorten that time frame down.

i dont know about your school but at my school, you get a half credit for each class per semester. so say your taking 8 classes one semester, then thats 4 credits. then the second semester you take another 8 classes then thats another 4 credits. so you have 8 total.

you dont get credits by your grade. you just need a certain amount of classes before you graduate .

the only way possible to graduate as a junior or sophomore is  if you have taken all the required classes, which at my school u need 4 years of english... so you cant graduate early unless u take summer school

If you want to kill off your social life and highschool life i guess you could, I don't suggest it but... You can take summer school and night school to earn credits faster, it also depends on which country you live in. In Canada you need 30credits to graduate i'm not sure about other places though.
