  2. First of all: Your hair sounds really pretty. To make it look "wet" you should just apply a strong gel. And for your bangs, apply some Garnier sleek and shine leave in, it helps with mine, it's oily and keeps your hair looking really good and it helps with the wet look you want to, and it makes hair easier to straighten without damaging them. If you want to keep your skin soft, go get the SOFT line from Clean and Clear (I think) I hear it really works.

Clothing must haves for the season:

    Mocassins

    Flat Boots

    Converse

    Vans Authentics

Brightly colored flats (also good for the scene look)

    Graphic tees

    Cardigans

    Skinny Jeans (all colors)

    Striped Shirts

    Tanks for layering

    Florals

To get rid of the dark bags, just get more sleep!
