what happens at try outs? im trying out for the freshman team

dont listen to the g*y perve um im goin into 8th grade and we practice with the varsity and this is wat the school around my area do...

the ready ready set press

um hitting lines

passing lines

then you set alittle

serve

then do like push ups and situps

run a mile

do summore hitting and passing lines

serve and serve recieve lines

then run again

home this helps
