Hightlight or Lowlights?

Question

Ok well , im getting my hair done on tuesday and im trying to decide wheather i should get highlights or lowlights and I took pics on my cam to make my hair look lighter and darker and then ill post a regular one but could someone tell me which color is best on me? thanks!

The second pic, lighter. It goes great with your face and skin.

definitely highlights ! they will brighten your face and features, darker hair will make you look more pale and plain, dont do it !

plus if you dont like it light you can always do darkr, but you wont be able to lighten very easily after the dark dye.

I think lighter. It brings out your eyes more.
