soo, basically before the summer holidays i would be reallly tired at like 9 o'clock so i'd go to bed, and wake up about 6.30 so it was really easy for me to get up for skl at 7 , and i could nevaa evaaa stay in bed past about 8
buh now it the summer ive been going to bed at about 3 in the morning(duno how im not tired :P) and im not waking up in the morning till like 10, andd still reallly tired. and dont wanaa get up.
so just woundering anyone gt anyideas on how i can gt back into waking up at like 7 agen ??
