do i need to complete level 2 to apply?

or

can i move to aus and look for a job?

im not really sure what the requirements are needed.

The more quilified you are the better.  There are certain jobs that they cant fill locally and they will let people move into them from abroad.

When you go you have to work for others first of all.  Housing is no cheaper then here.  Weather is better and free time is more out doorsy but think very seriously before you go.  You will be leaving behind your family and life

Good luck with whatever you decide to do.  Contact the australian embassy and ask for their advice if you decide to go on with it
