Many people learn by auditory or kinesthetic styles, but I am a visual learner. It is easy for me to learn by seeing how to do things or by written ideas; I like using charts, videos, maps, etc. My strategy to learn is to visualize a picture of something to remember it, so I normally have a hard time memorizing only oral words. I prefer when the teacher uses the blackboard with examples to explain a subject, yet sometimes like to listen to him or her too. Because I learn efficiently by picturing ideas in my mind, I am a visual learner.

It can not have run-ons nor comma splices. I needed to use 3 coordinating conjunctions.

  1. I'm not sure why you used a semi colon after ideas, since you could have put a period.  If you had left out the "I" in I like, then it would have made sense.

    Otherwise, I don't know.

  2. The grammar and spelling are fine, for the most part. Here are some suggestions that utilize the use of transitions and make your sentences flow a little better. Hope this helps:

Many people learn by auditory or kinesthetic styles, but I am a visual learner. Therefore, it is easy for me to learn from charts, videos, maps, etc. My learning strategy involves visualizing pictures, but falls short when it comes to remembering spoken words. I find that the usages of the blackboard and descriptive examples is more affective than a verbal lecture. Thus, I am a visual learner because I learn most effectively when I picture ideas in my mind.

  3. it looks good to me!

  4. It looks pretty good to me. In the 2nd sentence instead of saying "or by written ideas" I'd say something like "or by seeing the ideas in written text." I think it does a better job of parallel treatment of topics before and after the word "or".

In the sentence about the blackboard instead of saying "teacher uses the blackboard with examples" I think it would be more smooth to say "teacher shows examples on the blackboard". Later in the same sentence, insert the word "I" afer "yet sometimes".

    Good luck. Good work.
