Hii.....I am an Indian nd my office timing is 9:30 to 5.....so wat should be my diet timetable?

  1. morning teas with  biscuits 5 a.m., breakfast 8 a.m.,  lunch   2  p.m,  evening tea with biscuits 4 p.m.  dinner  8 p.m.  


  2. @ Space out your meals well.

    @ Avoid too much of tea (with Sugar and Milk) as it adds calories which we dont even realise.

    @ Go for a small stroll after lunch.

    @ Reduce Carbs , increase Proteins Fruits etc
