Hii all,,, Is it mandatory to have an org' sponsor H1B visa? Can an individual file on his own?

you need to have a sponsor in US if you want to file your petition for H1-b ,you cant do it by your own

H1B status requires a sponsoring US employer. an individual can't apply on his/her own.

it is required only if u r applying for an work-visa in US and some other countries...............if u r not going to work there then H1B visa is not requied u can apply for an touriest or an student visa........it depends on the nature of work
