Hiii i need some help wid this: i have a nikon camera which i used to record some videos?

when i tried to view them on the computer they were .mov format i tried installing quicktime player but it didn`t work and said that my windows XP version was old and that it needed a new one so i used the VLC mediaplayer but it didn`t view the video it just played the audio!so i`m confused i don`t know what to do can anybody plz help me?

Try windows update!! Download & install all the updates your computer needs so quicktime will work!!
