Well, psp games vary on sizes, from 10 mb rips, 100mb full games, to 1gb-2gb full games.You can find either in .cso and .iso format. The .cso is smaller but its slower on loading, the iso is bigger but some games run better in iso format, than in cso. So mostly depends on what game you plan on playing.

It may vary by the size of the game. Some psp games are big and some are small so you can put about 10-15 games on 4 gb memory card

depends on the games... you can usually fit up to 10 good games. if you compress them very hard you can get more but i think at most 15... anyway 20 is too much to be said ;)
