To learn English visit one of the many English classes offered in Italy by American, or English missionaries; they often offer such classes to supplement their stipends.

You can also buy a program called Rosetta Stone; available on the Internet; it offers courses in many different languages.

You may also look for a pen pal, or join a regular chat room designed for this purpose.
