do schools make a big fuss if a girl decides to wear hijab in classes like in turkey?

In Bosnia, hijab is making a comeback and there is no issue whatsoever about wearing it in a university or while you attend or testify in court proceedings.  The only issues you may encounter are cultural and not legal.  That is only in areas of high Serbian/Orthodox population.  In Central Asia (Kazakhstan and its neighbors) it is also legal to wear hijab, including in schools, but there is a lot of local pressure not to allow girls to wear it.  Neither of these countries has an organized movement that is strongly pro or anti hijab, such as in Turkey though, it is more on a local/regional basis.
