Hiking in North Carolina?

Are there some good 3-4 day trails that are isolated....I am planning on going next week

Sometimes we take the horses down to Nantahala Natl Forest in Murphy...wish I could give you the grand tour...love the stars over my head ;)

Don't know about the trails, but make sure you bring something or someone to keep you warm at night. ;)
