  1. If your in Mayo then you have to hike up Croagh Patrick ( The Holy Mountain)

    i assume you want a hiking holiday not a beer fest.

    I am from galway and i hate the races, just another excuse for people to get pissed and p**s their money up against the wall. its nothing of cultural significance and should not be seen as a benchmark for irish culture.

    Try to get to the burren. great senery perfect for hiking, rugged landscape.
