Hilarie Burton........?

Question

well i love how hilarie burton does her hair on One Tree Hill and id like to know a simple way to get mine the same way.

my hair is about the same length and cut but i dont use curling irons. i use curlers.(if u could tell me how long to keep them in, that would help too)
