1. Nainital ( there's no way you can miss it) It is the  most beautiful during monsoons. And no it is not dangerous during that time as the slopes are not steep !

2. Morni Hills in Ambala Distt.

3.Pinjore

4.Simla

5. Kasauli ( very beautiful)

I will never suggest Mussouri as it is too congested !

1.Nainital   at altitude of about 2800 m from msl.

2.Moussrie at altitude of about 2700 m from msl.

3.Shimla at a altitude of about 3000 m from msl.
