I can't even believe she said that in her speech today. I want the troops home as bad as anyone but only a moron would expect it to happen that fast. She can't be that far out of touch can she ?

  7. It's a political statement that has reality in fact; it's one of the many reasons that ALL politicians; not just Billary does on a daily basis.  Just the logistics alone would be impossible.

  12. I think she said begin bringing them home in 60 days.  The most optimistic estimates are 9-12 months at least.

  13. She did say that ,in part , and I do think it might be possible.

    But..... I also think it was another manipulative pandering stunt to capture the youth/antiwar vote. I don`t think it is realistic. She must be seriously hurting to try to pull that BS out of the bag.

    We need to leave, but we need to it the right way.

    As a matter of fact....I do believe she said 'start bringing them home' and Obama is going to do that anyway.

  14. it happened when Bill Clinton became the president....he immediately withdraw the troops in the persian gulf(kuwait-Iraq War) after winning the presidential race against Bush Sr.

  18. That doesn't sound like what she was saying recently.  The only candidates I know of who are promising a quick exit from Iraq are Ron Paul and Cynthia McKinney (a former Congresswoman seeking a third party nomination -- see www.runcynthiarun.org if interested).
