  1. It sure didn't help.  I have seen a story about that at least 12 times today, and it just happened this morning.  People are not going to want to vote for someone like that.  Even though it is showing her passion, it sort of also shows her panic in losing so much ground in New Hampshire and South Carolina.  So much for inevitability.

  2. Hillary's crocodile tears set back feminism for fifty years. She has so much to offer, and we're too dumb to see it.

  3. It'll hurt her.

    There's no crying in politics.

Opponents will smell blood and go for the kill.

It's looking more and more like Obama is the guy for the Dem's.  But, we'll see what happens.

  4. I think she was crying for this country. Are we stupid enough to really vote an evangelical minister, who believes the world is only 10,000 years old, or a guy who doesn't have the experience, & possible has the entire Muslim contingent behind him...(did he really put his hand on the Koran instead of a Bible to be sworn in)??  Or a Mormon elder?? Do we really want a fanatic running this country?? We already had one of those!  I think we need a good businessman...okay, businessperson! One who can think of the whole country & everyone in it legally. Export the illegals & secure the borders & get on with it!

  5. I don't think it hurts for candidates to show emotion, in fact it can help to make them seem more personable.  However, when lookking to elect a leader, it's important to see they are able to control those emotions.  I think that seeing her cry will most likey hurt her with the vast majority of undecided voters.

  6. Definitely ruined her chance of getting GOP crossover votes.

  7. Hillary has pulled out all the "stops"..she is in a desperate situation that is embarassing to the Clinton machine....If I were Obama, I would put on extra body guards!

Ever see a president cry???? Nope!

  8. i feel it will hurt her. :(

  9. lower it may prove that she can,t handle something like 9/11

  10. So much for her "Poker Face."  What happened to that speech where she stated that her training at Welsley had prepared her for the tough fight in a male dominated world?  When all else fails, either show a little cleavage or shed a tear...

  11. Any crying by her was probably feigned.  I doubt that the woman has had an honest cry (or laugh for that matter) in her life.

  12. It would most likely hurt her chances; it shows that she is fairly weak and will be unable to be a good president under such pressure.

  13. it will definitely hurt her due to a lot of people still don't think it is right to have a woman in the oval office and crying shows weakness and that she may be to emotional for the position.

  14. Easy answer. What would any prospective employer think if an applicant broke down and cried in the middle of the interview? If those were even real tears. Personally, I think she's back to trying the "female card" again. Trying to tout her supposed experience didn't stick to the wall, so it's back to the feminine wiles. Too bad she's lacking them. The term crocodile tears comes to mind.

  15. Hopefully hurt. That was so fake. We don't need a prez. that'll cry.

  16. I'm so bummed, but listening to the radio all day today, it might hurt her

  17. Hopefully hurt her chances. Hoping she's toast.

  18. probably hurt her. crying isn't a good sign, in terms of like, becoming the president of USA. It just looks bad, citizens of USA don't want a president that will weep.. when they aren't even president yet, and their in the whole campaign process and their breaking down already? It's basically 'not good for her.

  19. For women, crying in public seems to hurt their image rather than help it. It's due to social stereotypes.

  20. It is just according to why she cried.

Was she crying out of JOY?

Could be she was SADDENED by the outcome in Iowa.

Maybe she is just a spoiled lady who can't take no for an answer.  (I think this is why.)

Whatever!  Yes, I think it hurt her.

  21. Who wants to bet we won't see this on the news tonight.
