I think she is making a campaign promise that she won't keep, like most of them.  The nomination could be decided by the radical muslim vote in the USA and she is quite the shrewd politician.  And for all you know it might be a sting operation to capture some of these terrorists when they think they are contributing millions to her campaign in unmarked bills, she could be really writing down their license plates numbers to turn after the election (only if she wins).  If she loses, then all bets are off and I think she might do anything, she might just hunt them down herself since she has more time to personally right the wrongs.  She really hates terrorists. I pity them fools if she loses.  She is one smart cookie.
