Hindi: Koi Shak vs. Koi Bat Nehi?

What's the difference between these two phrases. If someone apologizes to me, for example, would it be appropriate to say "Koi Shak"? Is one more casual than the other?

  1. Koi Shat translates as Any Doubt?

    Koi Baat Nahi means Its no Matter!

    So obviously for accepting apologies Koi Baat Nahi is better.
