my friend has a baby sister thst is turning 1 in september and she invited me but i don't know what i should wear because all she told me was to dress like i was going to a wedding. does anyone have any suggestions on what i should wear. and also i need some suggestions on a present for the baby.

Is the party during the day or at night? Is it at someone's house or a hall? I think you'll be fine just wearing a pretty dress. As far as the present, give whatever you can afford. Maybe a savings bond that can be saved for college. You can buy a $50 bond for $25 at any bank.
