  2. deposit for what? and do you mean  not divorced?

  3. Actually no.Only incorporated persons can accept deposits. Margadarsi was in the news recently coz they are a HUF and they have been accepting deposits from ppl, when they are not supposed to be.They should return all the money that they have accepted and they were given some time to do so(Am not sure if they are i just read that they were given time to do so)
