Hints within Bleach episodes?!?

Question

Okay, so when I watched the first season of Bleach for a second and third time, I noticed some things that hinted at future developments (Ichigo's father on the phone to the hospital in the Chad episode hinted at the relationship between Isshin and Uryu's father, and Grimmjaw was one of the hollows who attacked the Grand Fisher after he lost to Ichigo). Did anyone else happen to catch things like that?

i noticed some of that stuff to and u learn about the espada some what when u read the manga when ichigo fights the grand fisher
