  1. "Push It to the Limit"- Corbin Bleu (from the Disney movie, Jump In)

Disney songs like this would be good. Please don't do what my dance teachers made the mistake of doing and teach 7-9 year old girls a routine to "Fergalicious". It was not cute, it was trashy, and that's not a good age to be trashy.

  2. Here are some suggestions.

-"Just Fine " by May J. Blige.

    -"Lip Gloss" by Lil Mama

-"Chicken Noodle Soup" by (I don't know.)

-"Soulja Girl remix"- Soulja Boy Tell'em

    hehe..hope that helped.

  3. Saturday night Fever!!!!

    1. Walk back 4 steps and clap on the 4th step

    2. Walk forward 4 steps and clap on the 4th step

    3.  karaoke 4 counts to the right and clap on 4th count

    4. Karaoke 4 counts to the left and clap on 4th count

    5. Three point turn and clap (to the right)

    6. Three point turn and clap (to the left)

    7. Roll hands for 2 counts and then clap twice

    8. Roll hands for 2 counts and then clap twice

    9.  Disco (point up twice then point down twice)

    10. Disco (point up twice then point down twice)

    11. Chicken ( Put your hands under your pits and move them up and down)

    12. Put your heel out twice and tap it

    13. Then put your toes back and tap it

    14. Put your heel out once (tap)

    15. Toes back once (tap)

    16. Heel out again and now this time you pivot to the left

Then you repeat the whole routine over and over again.

You can even do some free style.

  4. i helped teach a hip hop class for kids ages 5-10 and they loved disney channel songs and stuff like that. not exactly perfect for hip hop choreography but since it's for 7 year olds, you'd want simple fun choreography that just incorporates some hip hop into it. another idea would be to ask her what her favorite song to dance to is and then do it to that.

    good luck :)

  5. Something fun and not to fast that the girls can relate too. One of the hiphop classes in the studio i work in did a remix to the song 'I Don't Dance' and that annoying 'what time is it? summertime!' song from  High school musical for 10 year olds and they loved it... it was great

  6. Yeah Disney Channel songs are great for little kids. A Kids hip-hop class did "Push It" by Corbin Bleu for recital. It was cute. He's got some good hip-hop songs for younger kids. I'm not up on all the songs but I'm sure The Cheetah Girls have some good hip-hop ish ones. So have fun with that and keep it clean lol

  7. Mickey Mouse Jam. =)
