Question:

Hip pain and suggestions?

I was working out and my hip popped and now hurts really bad. I don't really want to go to the doctor so any idea of how I can make it feel better or what I did to it.

  1. You can try applying both heat and ice (interchanging between the two) to the area for about 20 minutes but I would recommend checking with your doctor as well.  I know you are not comfortable with the idea of going to the doctor but the reason I'm recommending it is to have them check to make sure that the hip is not dislocated.
