  1. Here's a good one.  Lie on your back.  With your torso flat on the ground, lift your knees to form a 90 degree angle with your upper body.  Then simply let the legs fall to either side for a count of 30.  Helps with lower back problems too.  Hope it helps.

  2. The absolute best way is to see a specialist in physio/bio mechanics. It worked for me. If you are in Auk's I would recommend Golfworks.Trevor is a golf nut and treats alot of amatuer and pro sports people

  3. Not too difficult I suppose. Try to rotate (not sway) your waist from left to right gently for about 10 to 15 cycles, with both your arms flung out. Both your legs must remain firm on the ground while doing this.

You'll get the feel that your upper body (just above the hips) is actually 'turning' over an approximately 160 degree arc.

Subsequently try the same exercise with the driver in your hands, without hitting any ball; just to get the feel as if your waist is being 'coiled'.

Anyway, this has worked for me; hope it'll do the trick for you too!
