Ok, so i know that some of you probably saw my older question about my hip. (how i popped it out and it pulled a muscle in my butt, but the hip popped back in) It is starting to feel better, but its like i have lost all flexibility in my right leg!! its been 5 days since i have pulled the muscle in my butt. Do you think that i will get all of my old flexibility back, or will i have to start from scratch?
