  1. It is best to throw with underhooks since you will have a bit more control over your opponent. Even with neck, you still end up in side control but it will be easier for your opponent to do something like a hip escape once you hit the ground. With the underhook, you will have more control over his body so it will be harder for him to escape the throw and plus he wont’ be able to use your force to roll you over. Think of it like this, if you have one underhook and the other by his neck, he can easily wrap his arms around your body. You can still throw him but he can switch positions once you guys hit the ground and he will have a more dominant position. So just remember, always fight for that underhook. I hope you get what Im trying to say. Hope this helps you out. Hip toss is one of my favorite judo move =)

  2. i personally would say under hook because you can land in side control and you all ready got your hooks in instead of having to fight for your hocks after the fact.

  3. I would say a hip toss while applying the kimura ( Kimura Hip Toss )  but hey what ever works for all you very "knowledgable" people out there in MMA world.  What ever planet that's on these days.  Here's what I'm talking about in a plain expalnation ( can be done from a hip toss as well )  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U2FajIE2g...

Noone's going to see it coming either in the cage, but then again the wisest moves are the most depsised from what I hear and my teahing is comical at best even with my 3 -1 cage fighter according to a great many yahoo answers "experts" hehehehe.
