Question

Im hoping you can assit me. A friend of mine purchased a ipod phone knockoff. He has having troubles with it, I was hoping I could help, but I think the problem is out of my league. When trying to log into the net, I keep getting the same message "dialing failed" theefore, I can't sent emails or log onto the internet.
