Hiring process at Radio Shack?

I had an interview at Radio Shack last Tuesday. It went great, I answered all the questions well and the manager seemed to like me. He told me after the interview that he would probably be getting a hold of me, but its been a week and still no news. How long does it usually take the shack to hire you? Should I start looking for a different job?

I am thinking of calling but I dont want to sound sound too pushy.

You absolutely should call, and will not sound at all pushy, just interested. Not following up with a phone call, about a week after an interview, is always a loser; taking the initiative is always the opposite.
