Yes, isn't it!  This money is to go to Kenya, not to places that have a greater need of the money!  Besides, we don't have that kind of money to hand out to one country alone, divide it up, if it is given at all!  I wonder where he thinks he is to get this money, we are broke as a nation, we owe money to other countries, those debts must be paid, he makes no mention of those debts other than they will be paid, but not how they will be paid!
