ok me and my friend Booney are both 15 and i spent the night at his house last week and the next day we were messing around and i accidently hit him in the balls TOO hard and he fell on the floor and started crying and moaning and it freaked the h**l outta me and i was screaming "oh my god! are you ok?!" and i tried to help him up and he said his "left nut went inside" him. is this normal cause whenever i get hit there or i hit someone there it just hurts, it doesnt go inside us

i would say its fine i got kicked in the nuts by my x gf and bothe went inside me and i went to the doc and he just said its ok thy will come out but maby he shuld go just incase cant hurt =D

Yes, it's possible for your testicles to go back up inside you, but they won't normally stay there by themselves.  You can see this for yourself if you want.  If it's been a week since this happened he should have fully recovered from the injury.  If he still has pain, he should tell his parents so they can take him to the doctor.  

I understand that you feel bad for what happened, but it wasn't intentional.  It's all part of being a guy.  Just don't ever hit each other in the cods intentionally.  You'll both be fine.

If you hit him with enough force, it's definitely possible to send the teste bak inside the body momentarily. It'll drop back into the sac eventually. Tell him to keep something cool or warm on it so the pain isn't as bad. He'll be fine, but be careful when messing around. If he experiences the pain for more than a week, then he should ask his parents about seeing a doctor. Hope this helps.
