Hissing going thre speakers revised question?

yes i have 2 10 inch jl audio w1 running off a fozgate mono amp not sure the specs with a capasitor cap and i also have a 4 ch fozgate 450.4 punch running 4 6/9 infinitys and 2 sets of 1inch tweeters yes im using a distribtor block what can i do to get rid of the hissing threw my speakers cant hear if when its up loud but on low i can and when i accerlate the gas can i hook up another capasitor cap to the 4 ch amp? or is there some filter noise reduser i can use not sure if you have a ideal on what it is please let me know also how to install ok i want to keep all my speakers hooked up sounds awesome thanks kevin

the revised part it does the hissing when a cd is playing and when the radio is on also the power wire is on the driver side the remote, and the rca jacks are on the other next to each other what will be a simple fix i
